Brody's Camp is located on a quiet, scenic road adjacent to state-owned land that contains an entire trail system for hiking, snowmobiling , snow shoeing, and 4x4's. No need to load and unload your toys with the trail system in your backyard! Our lakefront home boasts a shallow, sandy-bottom upon entry.
This all season getaway is an ideal location that's just minutes from downtown Traverse City; including shops, restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Just to note, our house is cleaned with eco-friendly products and essential oils!

Cottage is in a secluded location on a lake and across the street from ORV and mountain bike trails. Renovations on the house are nice and had plenty of room for our group.

This is truly a pet friendly residence. We appreciated all the amenities for the dogs as well as us humans. It was everything we needed for our family get together. Thanks!

Beautiful location and the pictures of property were accurate but the property was clearly neglected. Piles of old construction scraps cluttered the backyard storage area and there was no patio umbrella during 95 degree heat. It took the owners 3 days to arrange for a replacement umbrella to be delivered, when they knew that the previous guests had broken the umbrella. The downstairs toilet had to plunged after anyone in the home took a shower. The property advertised that it slept twelve. That means 12 plungings a day or you risk clogging it. The most upsetting part is the fact that they did NOT disclose that outside boats are not permitted on the lake and there is NO public boat launch on the lake. This was a significant omission and when we raised it with the owners they effectively told us “to figure it out”.
