Het was even een stukje lopen vanaf de Haven van Hvar, maar het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was het volledig waard. Het appartement bevindt zich buiten het centrum waardoor het relatief rustig is gelegen.
Hoewel het appartement rustig is gelegen, ervaar je wel wat geluid vanaf de straat als je op het balkon zit. Met name door auto's en scooters die relatief hard voorbij rijden. Als je binnen bent hoor je daar overigens niets van.
