Four nights and from start to finish my stay was exceptional in every way. Patricia is an outstanding hostess with evrything clearly explained and all needs catered for. Breakfast is truely amazing with a beautiful selection of breads, pastries, cheese and meat plus fresh fruit every day. A good choice of coffees too. You can take this outside or in, your choice. Water, tea and coffee are available all day, make your own in the dining room buffet. A fridge and freezer are available for guests to use and good quality fans in the bedrooms. The gardens are wonderful and well kept, there is plenty of seating in sun or shade. The pool is lovely although there isnt a sshallow end. That was fine for me. Overall an outstanding experience, fully recommended. I will certainly be going again

The house and garden are both absolutely beautiful - immaculately clean and a real slice of paradise in the centre of town. Excellent location - everything is within easy walking distance. Patricia was a wonderful host - great breakfast and lots of good recommendations for eating and spending time in Cognac.
