Loved the quirkiness of this property. Enjoyed the books and games and it was so lovely to find it had been decorated for Christmas. The tree was beautiful!
The mattress on one of the downstairs beds definitely needs replacing. Guests had to move to a different bed during the night. We had a lot of rain and some of the windows were leaking onto surfaces. Also the fire is lovely but maybe the flue needs checking as we had a lot of smoke coming into the lounge. Would be nice if tea/coffee was provided to get guests started

Beautiful house, great value for money, amenities are ideal, just got a bit cold in the evenings.
Beautiful house in a great location. Property was clean, well kept, furnishings were comfortable.
The down stairs bedrooms got very cold due to only a small radiator being in each room.
