Mooie en gezellige woonkamer en eetkamer. Mooie belichting. Proper in het algemeen. Zacht bed. Vogeltjes die je hoort fluiten 's morgens. Vele winkeltjes en restaurants en supermarkt vlakbij.
Het was zeer koud 's morgens en 's avonds en er was geen verwarming! De sleutel gaat moeilijk in en uit het slot. Er zou stilte moeten zijn na 23 uur maar de buren maakte zeer veel kabaal nog rond 1:00 am. Zeer kleine wastafel in de badkamer, geen plaats om iets neer te zetten; er mankeert een badkamermeubel.

Le grand plus, c'est le parking couvert et gardé. Appartement confortable. Possibilité de rejoindre la place Jmaa Fenaa en taxi si seul ou à deux, en bus si plus nombreux numéro 5, 14 ou 66, prix 4 dirhams le ticket.
Un peu bruyant en soirée, mais calme la nuit. Prévoir les taxes de séjour 25 dh par personne.
