ג׳יי ואולגה המארחים תמיד היו זמינים ונעימים לכל שאלה או בקשה. הבית מאובזר עד לפרטים הקטנים, העיצוב נעים ומזמין, מטבח מאובזר באופן מלא , כמעט בכל חדר יש מרפסת (למעט חדר הילדים שמשמש כממ״ד), טלויזיה בכל חדר, סוויטת הורים ענקית ומפנקת, מרפסת ראשית עצומה, יש ג׳קוזי מפנק, סאונה ובריכה. הכל מתוקתק ונקי.

המקום מעולה, מטבח מצוייד לחלוטין (אין צורך להביא תבלינים, כלי מטבח וכו'. יש הכל כולל מדיח כלים ). בריכה וגקוזי וסאונה מהממים. יש משחקים לילדים, נקי ומסודר, 2 חניות שמורות. באמת אחלה מקום. היינו 12 אנשים והיה ממש לא צפוף.
