Second floor, but that’s not their fault

This place was way nicer than I expected for the price. Communication was amazing and we were provided 2 parking spaces. There was also ample free street parking. Linens, toiletries, dish washer stuff all provided. Also had an incredible inlet view.

It was a bit dated, an outlet didn't work and the lights on the ceiling fan weren't working. I will mention thet while the place was decently clean, if the owners are paying a cleaning service, they should should drop in and do some inspections. Nothing major but if you're paying it should be spotless. The bathtub needed a better cleaning.

The location we were at was in the perfect location. We were in walking distance to grocery stores, the beach and everywhere else we went. We found a really good pizza and wing place.

I loved everything about this place and felt very safe in our location.

Pool was clean, not crowded, right outside the building. Plenty of chairs and tables. Condo equipped with everything you need for a week away from home such as iron, board, beach chairs, umbrella, utensils, plates, kitchen items, etc. Spacious, nice covered, screened in balcony. Quiet development. Close to beach access and grocery store. Plenty of parking.

Dryer was extremely loud. Needs a new belt or motor is going up soon. Have to run twice for clothes to fully dry. Washer is very small, holds very few clothes at a time. Dish washer is not mounted so in order to get it to work you must pick it up and slide it left. Bulbs too dim. Need LEDs to have any light in the rooms. Beds terribly uncomfortable. New matresses are desperately needed. Unhappy with cleaning service. Condo was not ready at 4 pm on check in day. Cleaning lady with 4 or 5 year old small child still in condo at 4 pm cleaning. She did not finish until almost 5 pm. Old sheets were left on front porch all week in a blue bag. Day of check out cleaning crew opened the door on their own at 8 am when check out is at 10 am. They stood out front making us feel we had to rush to get out to accommodate them. Stove top was very greasy. Not cleaned properly for some time.
