Obiekt jest wyposażony we wszystko aby ugotować lub przyrządzić posiłki , lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna , bardzo blisko do centrum i nad morze

Jeden Morgen gab es Brötchenservice, sauberer beheizter Pool, die Fußballanlage konnte man zu einem Volleyballfeld umwandeln, Tischtennisplatte, großer Spielplatz. Es gab Bälle, Tischtennisset, Buddelzeug und Wasserspielzeug zum Beutzen für die Kinder. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Unterkunft und Anlage waren sehr gepflegt. Gegen Bezahlung war es zusätzlich möglich sich Fahrräder auszuleihen, den Jacuzzi zu nutzen oder Eis zu holen.
Wenn man in der Unterkunft kochen möchte, gestaltet sich das herausfordernd, da es nur 2 Induktionsplatten gibt. (Keinen Ofen und keine Mikrowelle)
