Traditional Luxury House

This is an open studio with two separate sleeping areas, not a two bedroom house as inferred in the description. It would be fine for a couple with two young children. It’s cute and has most of the amenities needed. We appreciated the drinks and snacks left for us by Eleftheria and also her prompt attention to having the a/c repaired one day. She left a change of sheets and towels, but there was no servicing of the house which is unusual in Greece. The small town is located very centrally and has friendly yiayia’s who helped us with finding a parking spot for our car (there’s plenty around the corner), some good grill places, small supermarket and bakery. There were a few very friendly cats who greeted us morning and night. Despite a rocky first 24 hours, the house grew on us and we liked its peacefulness and proximity to Rhodes, the beaches and other sights.

- driving instructions were requested based on other guests difficulties in finding the place. I was given the address which I already had and a few random photos with no descriptions or context. We arrived in the dark, the gps not working accurately and completely lost. Contacting the host, eventually she directed us step by step to the house. If she’d provided us with these instructions prior to arrival, as requested, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration. Tip: don’t use the street address, just Sarikas Bakery. From there the house is a very short distance away. - parking. Even though the parking has been expanded width wise, it’s very short and the street is very narrow. There were two motorbikes on either side of the street making it impossible to park, so we ended up parking around the corner. - no oven instructions: please provide them, not everyone has encountered this type of stove. We also never figured out where the oven fan switch was. - outdoor space : chairs and table were uncomfortable and there was no shade. The dead bush in the planter should be replaced. - kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, oil, sugar were not provided. A few coffee sachets, teabags and couple of sugar sachets were. The only bathroom amenity was hand soap.

Il comfort, la pulizia, il fatto che erano presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti. E la posizione ottima per visitare qualsiasi punto dell'isola, soprattutto le spiagge principali.

Spacious, cozy and well equipped. We felt very welcome!

The house was very beautiful, located in a small village. close to many beaches and Rhodes town (if you have a car). the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and the hostess was always ready to help out with anything we needed. there was a cozy terrace for eating dinner and a small parking space for rented car. Ac was amazing during hot nights 🥰
