The property is in an amazing location, very central to the windmills and Little Venice also restaurants and streets to shop along. The bus station is just a couple of minutes up the street. Everything you need for a short stay and the balcony is a nice added extra. There is a lockup just outside which is helpfull for your last day if you are leaving a little later. The host was very helpful and I cannot fault them with early check in and helping with baggage storeage on the last day as we had a very big case.
Two flights of steep steps to get to your accomodation so take this into account before booking and it is not very big so I would say that short stays with someone that you get along with well would be good!

Clean property and very close to the center but far enough that you dont really here the sound of the clubs. Also very close to the main taxi/bus hub.
