The three well sized bedrooms.

The ants in the kitchen and living room.

Clean, open, loads of space, great parking, great location.

The advantage of this accommodation is its superb location....in walking distance to the Cathedral, main square, bars, restaurants, parks and a variety of Champagne houses and tours.

There weren't enough towels for us to use as a family. Soap dispensers and washing up liquid bottle had been watered down so not very hygienic. Shower in 1st floor bathroom needed a better clean. During the trip our internet and network connection was very poor around Reims, As a result we were not receiving communications from the host until after the event. An example being we did not receive the code for the key box until we had been outside the property for over an hour figuring out how to get in. Would have preferred to have received the arrival details before we left home. The neighbour to this property is not very congenial. He knocked at the property at 9.30pm, whilst we were playing cards with our 10 year old granddaughter, with no music on, and asked us to keep the noise down!!! Finally the recycling instructions for the rubbish are not very clear. We sorted ours out into different bags and took them to the recycling centre. We wouldn't want these comments to downgrade the property at all but just to help improve things.

It was large and comfortable and each individual had their own room which was important to us.

The apartment itself was fine, but there were some basic issues that impacted our stay. There wasn’t sufficient soap, towels, or essentials like toilet paper, and the promised coffee maker was not in the apartment. We requested one on the first day of our three-day stay, but it was never provided. Additionally, when we asked if we could access the apartment early just to drop our bags, we were asked to pay an extra fee, which felt disappointing given the missing basics. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to essentials made the stay less comfortable than expected.
