La terrasse est bien agréable et permet de se poser dehors le soir venu. La proximité de la plage,le calme de la résidence.

Pas de place de parking attribuée, il n'y a pas de climatisation et un seul ventilateur pour 2 chambres. Il n'y a également qu'un jeu de clés, obligeant tous les occupants à se caler sur le même rythme.

emplacement parfait, assez spacieux pour ne pas se gêner à quatre adultes. point positif : wc séparés de la salle de bain.

Communication with the landlord and the concierge was not possible either in advance or upon our arrival: no valid mail address, no mobile number, only a landline number with automatic answering machine without anyone calling back. The code to the key box for the house announced by automated information has not been sent to us, so we had no entry to the facility (barrier) and the apartment. We waited more than an hour in vain for a call back from the concierge, to whom we had repeatedly spoken on the answering machine. Only thanks to the help of a service employee of booking com we received the key code from him by phone. In the first conversation, booking.com saw almost no other solution as to search for us an alternative accommodation in the region. We received neither an explanation nor an apology by the landlord or concierge, which we had taken for granted after this failed start.
