Proximité du centre ville à pied avec parking gratuit devant la résidence. Appartement joliment décoré et spacieux. Très bonne literie. Résidence très calme et super agréable.

Revoir les portes coulissantes des WC et de la SDB. Pour les WC ne ferme pas bien et pour la SDB se coince de l'intérieur donc dangereux si personne ne peut ouvrir de l'extérieur. Odeur d'humidité.

La atención recibida ha sido estupenda. Nos han ido enviando mensajes para explicarnos cómo hacer la entrada y la salida, y también con recomendaciones. El apartamento está muy bien decorado y es muy bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario. Aunque no está en pleno centro, caminando estás en 10 min max.

Hemos pasado un poco de frío porque las estufas eléctricas no calentaban tanto, menos mal que ha sido un fin de semana caluroso. El colchón de matrimonio necesita un cambio y es muy duro. A veces sale muy mal olor del váter y hace que huela mal todo el apartamento.

Communication with the landlord and the concierge was not possible either in advance or upon our arrival: no valid mail address, no mobile number, only a landline number with automatic answering machine without anyone calling back. The code to the key box for the house announced by automated information has not been sent to us, so we had no entry to the facility (barrier) and the apartment. We waited more than an hour in vain for a call back from the concierge, to whom we had repeatedly spoken on the answering machine. Only thanks to the help of a service employee of booking com we received the key code from him by phone. In the first conversation, booking.com saw almost no other solution as to search for us an alternative accommodation in the region. We received neither an explanation nor an apology by the landlord or concierge, which we had taken for granted after this failed start.
