La limpieza, la agilidad para el check in, la atención del personal.

No es simple el tema de un cafecito. El teléfono de la habitacion no servía. Tuve que llamar de mi celular a la recepción. Nunca pudimos ver la TV. Nos tocó un codificador descompuesto.

Ubicación muy adecuada, muy cerca de Tequisquiapan. La habitación amplia y cómoda; tienen un lindo jardín. Agradecí que haya garrafón de agua.

No hay opción de alimentos, sólo máquinas expendedoras.

Cómoda la cama, limpio

Viajamos llegando 1hr antes del check in , no aceptaron que dejáramos maletas ya que íbamos directo al evento. La regadera estaba TAPADA. Llamamos a recepción para apoyo ya que nunca pudimos ver ningún canal de tv. Está es la 3 vez que nos hospedamos y quedamos decepcionados.

Nunca nos contestaron la petición que enviamos por mensaje. No funcionaba la máquina dispensadora de golosinas. No funcionaba la máquina de café. Le hace falta un restaurante. De ahí en fuera, todo bien.

La tv por cable se escucha relativamente mal. Y la señal del cable de tv se va muy constantemente, más cuando hace mucho aire.

que es muy tranquilo el hotel pero le hace falta muchas cosas, por ejemplo un comedor, ofrecer desayunos cuando menos, una alberca, tiene espacio para poder instalarla, pero bien todo

que no hay alberca, que la tele es muy chica y que se ve muy oscura, que no tiene aplicaciones o streming como youtube, amazon prime, netflix etc
