Flutes Escape - luxury stay, Margaret River

Lots of private space and big living area

Too many cleaning rules( dishes have to be wash and put away, empty all rubbish bins, wipe down fridge and microwave), we spent the last hour cleaning the house. Last morning was not so relaxing

Appreciate the supply of tea and coffee Location was excellent

Nothing in particular Except maybe the bbq, didn’t look the best but we weren’t going to use it so it didn’t matter

The house was newly renovated, had all the required kitchen amenities to make coffee/ breakfast along with an evening meal. Very well equipped with cutlery for 10 persons. The house has great lighting and is spacious. Extremely comfortable beds to sleep on after a long day in Margaret River. Its situated in a lovely estate surrounded by wineries (we saw a kangaroo or 2 in the neighborhood). There is no nearby grocery store so you have to stock up before arriving. Overall a great place to stay with family and friends located in nice area of Margaret River near to vineyards, caves, Busselton and town.

Nothing in particular. The bedroom right adjacent to the kitchen would be well served with a lock and a door for bathing/ brushing as it was bit inconvenient for the couple staying in that room. Maybe keeping a telescope to view the beautiful stars from the outside deck would be unique experience. The refusal bins were not at the place as instructed and it was the start of the estate. Dining area does not have chairs, but instead is a bench. Similarly, the sofa is a low back without adequate capacity for all 10 to watch a game on TV. Some additional chairs or sofas in that area could be useful and more comfortable.

Great location, size of home is excellent and maintained very well.

Considering the size of the property and how many it can accommodate. The living area seriously lacks comfortable seating. Not enough couch space (nor are those leather sofas comfortable), and the dining table setting with the benches didn’t really work. This is my 2nd stay here and previously the house had chairs around the main dining table. This worked better. Couch area, needs to be looked at in my opinion. Other than that, brilliant stay and already in plans to re-book this house.
