About this cottage rental
The cottage is located in the heart of the plateau of St Remèze, just 10 minutes from the beautiful site of the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
Nestled in a shady and peaceful plot, the cottage is away from any nuisance while being close to the surrounding activities. The ideal place to rest while enjoying the many activities in the region!
The cottage is arranged as follows: a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.) open to the living room with television, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.
For a siesta or for your summer evenings, you will have a pleasant terrace, with table, chairs and sunbeds. A private barbecue is also at your disposal.
The nearest shops, such as a bakery, a gas station, a hairdresser, a beautician and restaurants, are just 3 km from the cottage. A supermarket is also 15 km away.
The surrounding area is full of tourist activities within a 30-minute drive: the famous Pont d'Arc site, the Chauvet 2 cave, the Ardèche Gorges (for swimming, viewpoints, canoeing and hiking), the Madeleine cave, the St Marcel cave, the majestic Dent de Rez massif, many wine estates, ATV rides, equestrian centres and many others... You can also discover the cultivation of lavandin, a renowned aromatic plant, the owner's main production.
Please note that during the months of July and August, the rental is exclusively from Sunday to Sunday.
The accommodation must be returned in the state of cleanliness in which it is when the keys are handed over.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Possibility of monthly rental, except in the summer period. Charges will be paid in addition to the rent (electricity, water). A contract will be drawn up on your arrival.
No electric car charging is allowed at the gîte.
