There is an outside shower to rinse off after taking a refreshing dip in the ocean.

A fenced in outside patio with seating for 6 with gas grill and decorative lights.
East facing second floor balcony off the master bedroom - perfect watching the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee and reading a book.

We were hoping for a good stay close to the beach and we got a wonderful location with above usual the hospitality. Logan was very easy to work with and it was seemless from arrival to check out. He had a book with everything you can imagine and even checked in with us after day two since he hadn’t heard from us. We honest didn’t need anything because he had covered all the bases. It was a short 4 min walk to the beach (access super close) and the beach area (though by semi big buildings) was not that busy at all. Logan had the essentials for the beach so we didn’t have to bring it or buy it there (that was huge) and enjoyed our stay very much. If we ever make it that way again, we for sure will stay there again and recommend to anyone that has no more than 6 people (comfortably).

I was absolutely amazed at all the details Logan has put towards this property to make it have anything you could possibly need! Logan responded quickly, the house was so clean and in such a safe area. We will definitely be booking again!

Everything about our stay was above and beyond expectations! Great location, short walk to the beach! All of the littlest details were thought of to make the stay perfect. Cannot wait to come back!

Everything was above and beyond what we imagined. Location was close to the beach and Cape Canaveral. We were able to walk 3 minutes to watch a rocket launch and drive to nearby USSSA complex in about 20 minutes.
