You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall the house was perfect for our family of 12. Small problems were taken care of immediately. Would consider going back if it weren’t for the Air Conditioning. I inquired about the issue after reading a previous review of the property. I was assured the Air was in good working order. It was not. Floor 1 was very comfortable, Floor 2 was freezing at all times, and Floor 3 was miserably hot. The primary bedroom and bath were near 80 degrees at all times. Three fans were on at all times. If heat while sleeping doesn’t bother you, it is a great place to stay.

You could not ask for a better location all around. House is on the beach and biking distance to Seaside and a short drive from highly recommended Alys beach. restaurants and shopping are everywhere and there was something to do for everyone in our group from infants to teenagers and of course adults!
