The staff were delightful and completely made the stay for us! The team offered us chai, water, fruit, were extremely willing and helpful with additional requests including taking deliveries etc. Thanks team!
Location good once you know where you are. The metro is closeby. Some taxis did not want to drop at the location directly or had difficulty.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great quiet location - walking distance to a metro station and backing onto some nice greenery. Sahil, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations on transport and assisting us with a replacement SIM card. Staff were friendly and efficient too.
Nothing - but people should be aware that some rooms are up a few flights of stairs. It wasn't a problem for us but maybe for some.

Ravindra and Rajit and Sunil and all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I booked extra days because I felt very safe and looked after . The breakfast was nice. They went out of their way to assist me on my first night when my luggage didn’t arrive , driving me to shops etc. The owner was so kind and even lent me money until I got to the ATM. As a solo woman my number 1 requirement is safety and because this is also a family place, I never felt unsafe.
Everything was fine. The Ubers picked me up from here. I just found it a little bit further from restaurants etc than I wanted for night time, but once I figured it out, it was all good.
