Loft Escobar

Apartment is huge! Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. 5 minutes walk to the beach and Balcony, with many restaurants, shops and bars in the immediate area.

The only a/c unit is in the living area, and there is no fan in the bedroom. It is not possible to leave the bedroom window open, as it is adjacent to the passageway used by other apartments and directly below the apartment above's balcony, making it very noisy. The apartment is on the ground floor (even though it's called a loft) directly opposite the main apartment block door and there is constant slamming and loud talking outside the apartment well into the night. The photographs on the website are somewhat misleading - the patio shown is not accessible directly from the apartment - you need to exit the front door and go through another door. The patio is for communal use but it's really a 'dumping ground' for dryers, bikes and old garden furniture. It is not somewhere that you'd want to sit!

Apparentamento nel centro di Nerja, vicino al Balcone d’Europa e a tutte le vie caratteristiche della città. Nelle vicinanze di ottimi ristoranti e belle spiagge, è comodo da raggiungere parcheggiando l’auto nella Plaza de Espana.

Le finestre non sono insonorizzate e si sentono le voci o i passi degli eventuali pedoni che salgono nei piani superiori.
