Fajna miejscówka na spędzenie czasu w większym gronie. Duże salon z trzema kanapami. Dodatkowo jadalnia z dużym stołem przy którym każdy się pomieści. Niektórym może to przeszkadzać ale sypialnia to otwarta przestrzeń na piętrze z antresolą. Domek klimatyczny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. 2 łazienki. Na zewnątrz stół i grill pod zadaszeniem. Dla nas było to idealne miejsce na weekendowy wyjazd ze znajomymi.
Podjazd i wjazd na działkę wymaga małego remontu. Ogród ma jeszcze niewykorzystany potencjał. Małe oczko do właściciela - balia zrobiła by robotę albo jakieś hamaki czy leżaki.
