Casa immersa nella pace più assoluta. Regna la tranquillità più assoluta a circa 10 minuti dalle principali spiagge. Proprietaria della casa disponibile e molto gentile. Abbiamo viaggiato con un cane e la casa era assolutamente adatta anche per lei! Dovessi tornare, tornerei qui! Grazie per tutto

Ambienti spaziosi e accoglienti, circondati dal verde della campagna. Buona la posizione della struttura per visitare tutta l'Elba e comoda per imbarcarsi per le isole dell'arcipelago. Cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere tutti i luoghi importanti dell'Isola d'Elba. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, il bagno appena ristrutturato. C'è la lavatrice. Il luogo ha delle potenzialità ma andrebbe più curato.
Il terrazzo non era attrezzato per poterci stare in relax, c'era solo un tavolo. Consigliere di mettere due sdrai, delle sedie. Nel bagno mancano mensole per appoggiare cose. Non c'è il wifi. L'area esterna poco curata.
