The location is ideal when travelling past Bordeaux in the direction of Spain. It is close to a number of restaurants and has safe parking directly next to the entrance of the appartment. There is not only a fridge but also a freezer which is good to get your coolbox elements frozen again. The kitchen is complete (but we hardly used it).
The instruction was literally perfect but only in hindsight. A picture with an arrow would have made the discovery of the key box a lot simpler. The apartment could do with airconditioning since it was very very warm inside. There were plenty of fans but with the heat of the day 35 celsius it was not comfortable. To be 100% no airco was advertised so i had not reason to expect it.

La limpieza del piso es impecable, tiene todo los utensilios, y la comunicación con la administración muy efectiva. Mélanie estuvo muy atenta y respondió rápida y amablemente nuestras preguntas y necesidades. Tiene plaza de parking y solo se puede acceder al inmueble con la llave o el mando del portal lo que hace con que sea muy seguro.
Ninguna queja la verdad.

L’appartement est très propre, très pratique et correspond parfaitement aux photos. La literie est confortable. L’environnement est calme et propice au repos. La localisation est parfaite car à 10 minutes de l’université Montaigne pour les examens de mon fils étudiant et à 45 minutes des magnifiques plages océanes et Arcachon pour moi 🤩.
