Apartamento muito amplo, com bons móveis e utensílios, ótima localização, tranquilo e sem barulho

A questão da limpeza não fica clara na estadia, visto que ficamos 15 dias, e não ter troca das toalhas durante a estadia

Its a family friendly accomadation thats near the attraction site that I wanted to attend. Its also near many retail stores which made it convenient. Absolutely loved the Hideaway water park. Communication was fast but need much improvements. I shouldnt have to deal trying to figure which room or the code upon my arrival. I expected those information to be available as soon as Im charges.

The condo was not clean, the floors were dirty, the sheets & towels did not smell fresh and had some stains, the toilet seat had leftover body residue on it. which made me question the heavy cleaning fee. You have to clean up after yourself; empty trash, clean dishes & clear the dishwasher, remove food from the refrigerator, place towels and beddings by the laundry. There's conflicting cleaning information on the place upon departure- the night of our departure, I received an email stating to leave the bedsheets on. Which really increase my concerns on having actual clean sheets. The sliding door lock was broken and the owner said they just had the door serviced and will come look at the door again. No one never came to look at the door. Its not a big issue if you're children are older and stay on the 4th floor. The door doesnt have any safety lock from the inside which is questionable. The condo itself has many flaws & damages which could have been upkept better.
