About this farm stay rental
A private Cozy Cottage Room in the upstairs of our house built in 1900. Access to coffee maker n the fixings, microwave and mini fridge, as well as a few snacks.
Located near main street in the small town of Eminence, MO
Access to a large deck with a sitting area great for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage of your choice. Cornhole, washers, and Kan-Jam are available along with a grill and smoker!
Walking distance from local shopping, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful Jack's Fork River! Needing more accommodations or sleeping arrangements for a larger group, check out our other rooms!

We stayed in the Cottage room. The room and bathroom was very cute, and clean! A very handy location. Very nice host who was very accessible. The stairs were pretty steep, but they were sturdy. Will definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing trip! The property was clean and the host was very accommodating! Would highly recommend if you’re in the area for a float down Jack Forks River!

We stayed in The Cottage Room during a two-night stay. We usually tent camp along the river, but with the extreme temperatures, we opted to stay the night in a cool spot.The room was decorated so cute and was very clean. The shower head was phenomenal and the shower products smelled heavenly. It was quiet at night while being just a 2- 5 minute walk to a variety of places to visit. I would definitely go back!

Wonderful rental. Neat old home, but it didn’t feel old. It was clean, no smells, and the ac worked excellent and was silent. The black out curtains were nice and we slept without disturbances. Beds are comfortable, loved the coffee bar area, and so thankful for the soaps and shampoo.
