About this house rental
I’m renting out my 2beds/2baths with its private bathroom at $1000 a month. All Utilities Included FREE (High-speed WIFI, Electricity, and Water). The house is a quiet, peaceful, and cozy, if you are looking for a place to rest and relax. Luxury rooms are fully-furnished, located in the heart of Stockon/Morada area and within miles of San Francisco. Our home is right off Freeway 99, hospitals and within 1 mile of restaurants, wine tasting, shopping centers and other Stockton attractions. The rooms are mainly for students, Business Travelers, or Professionals. No smoking indoors or within the building premises. No pets. For parking, there is a free street parking. I was in the Stockton area for school and this was a good place to stay for the month I was there. It was fairly close to St Joseph's hospital and there was dining and grocery shopping nearby. It was quiet and worked well for me.
