1 living room with dining area, a small separate kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the house. We have an open bike shelter available for you.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee). All of our apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: Dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Technology: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

The central location of Haus Am Anker offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, and all apartments include a parking space. There is also a carport for storing bicycles (e-bike charging available). A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee). Extra beds are available in some units for an additional charge.

Gute, zentrumsnähe Lage.
Dennoch ruhig. Wohnung sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet.
Terrasse hat nach Gärtnerarbeiten endlich mehr Licht und Luft.
Kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Große Wohnung mit geschützter Terrasse und gutem PKW-Stellplatz, sehr zentral gelegen. Küche und Bad sind renovierungsbedürftig, was aus den Fotos aber eindeutig hervorgeht und somit Mieterentscheidung ist, d.h. OK. Leider fehlt der Küche ein Backofen und für die Dusche im Bad steht nur ein für Handwaschbecken geeigneter Boiler zur Verfügung, was für zwei Personen nicht ausreicht. Auch ein Haarfön wäre schön gewesen.
