House was clean and convenient to all lakes and wineries. The house is not professionally constructed we had issues with the dishwasher. There was no storage is any of the bedrooms except the master. Overall it was fine but could use some improvement.

The property was well maintained and clean. All of us enjoyed our stay. A couple of things were noted. A curtain in the master bedroom bathroom would be nice for privacy. Plugs fall out of most of the outlets. Twin bed squeaks every time you move. A map of New York would be nice to visit surrounding towns and some local brochures.
We would recommend this place to our friends.

Cute mobile home. The deck they added is very nice. Dishes from previous Guests still in dry rack. Wish we would have had a heads up about the broken dishwasher because it had some kind of soup or sauce all over the inside. Wouldn’t close so was less than desirable. Host did respond they were trying to get it fixed but would have been nice to not find that gross surprise inside. And know why dishes were still out on the counter to dry. Only on small pan, no pots. Bring your own paper towels and cork screw. Kitchen sink had long hair in the sink and grease in the vent a hood and utensils beside the stove. Beds were nice. Sinks in bathrooms are kind of like fish sinks (had a kitchen faucet and drainer) and there is no counter space. Nice deck. Host responds within a hour or so and that is nice. Friendly and offers help with issues. The breakdown of costs differ between quote and charge but that seems to be a vrbo/Evolve issue
