About this house rental
Our house is located in the best spot on Rua do Cajueiro, between the beach and the river, just a few meters from both. It’s a delight to hear the sound of the ocean!
We have a spacious garden and an outdoor dining table, and every room has been decorated in a contemporary, minimalist style. It’s a unique experience!

The property
Casa Botanika features:
3 all-wood suites, each 45m in size, including two suites with a king-size bed and one single bed, and one suite with a king-size bed.
1 two-story suite—a charming historic cottage that has been preserved and renovated, featuring a double bed upstairs and two single beds (which can be converted into a double) downstairs, along with a balcony and a spacious bathroom.
A fifth suite can be added to the house if more space is needed (Flora Suite).
All rooms feature air conditioning and mosquito nets and have been decorated with lots of love :)
Cooking and housekeeping services: these are paid directly to our staff member up to 48 hours before check-in (bank details will be sent at the time of booking):
Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Services: preparation of breakfast and lunch, plus housekeeping
Rates:
Up to 6 people: R$ 250/day;
Up to 12 people: R$ 350/day;
* Services do not include the cost of food. We can help with grocery shopping.
Overtime and additional hours: please contact us regarding availability.
Towels are changed every 3 days, unless absolutely necessary. The Caraíva ecosystem is extremely fragile, and no additional fee can make up for that :).
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to Casa Botanika
Other Notes
Amenities that are common in large cities, such as air conditioning, are used very sparingly to avoid power outages. Organic waste is separated from dry waste; the former is returned to the soil, and the latter is collected twice a week, also by horse-drawn cart. Our staff will handle these tasks. Caraíva and Casa Botanika offer a wonderful experience of getting close to nature—come with this spirit in mind.
During the off-season, we rent rooms individually.
