Princess Hideaway is a 7 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom home located in Formosa Gardens Estates. You'll love the 4 master en-suite bedrooms, the 3 themed kids bedrooms, the large pool with spa, the games room, the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood which is just 2 miles from Disney.
After an enchanting day at Disney World, it be great to come home to more magic? Princess Hideaway is a spacious villa with the amenities adults would crave, but it also features unique furnishings that will delight children. You won't find such exquisite Disney-themed bedrooms and designs elsewhere!
This executive estate has 7 bedrooms and 6 baths, including 4 en-suite (3 King and 1 Queen) and 3 bedrooms for kids. There is a TV with free cable and a ceiling fan in every room. It also has an immaculate kitchen, formal dining and bar area, and a sitting area and living room where you can relax and spend some quality time with family. In the game room you can play a friendly game of pool or chess, or catch up with the latest news on the large flat screen TV.
For the business-minded traveler, there is a computer with free high-speed wireless internet access. For those with young children, there are 2 Pack'n'Plays, two cribs, high chairs, and strollers, etc.
Outside is a private swimming pool fully fenced in for child safety, along with a spillover spa for physical and spiritual rejuvenation. Both the spa and pool can be heated at an additional fee.
The shady lanai in the large deck will provide a cool escape from the hot Florida sun.
The high quality furniture and other special touches throughout the house will make your stay a cozy, unforgettable experience.
Formosa Garden Estates is only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. It's a walled, gated community that is quiet, family-oriented, but still only minutes away from major shopping centers and some fantastic restaurants. This property is under the protection of ADT alarm system, and is professionally managed. Help is only a phone call away, 24-hours a day!
For golfers: Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away. There are many other world renowned golf courses designed by some of the golf masters within 30 minutes' drive, such as Grand Cypress Golf Club (Jack Nicklaus), Orange Lake Country Club (Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay), Walt Disney World Golf Courses (Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Joesph l. Lee), Celebration Golf Club (Robert Trent Jones), Champions Gate Golf Resort (Greg Norman), Orange County National Golf, etc.

The neighborhood is in a quiet, tranquil area yet only a one minute drive to a Target Superstore, grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical walk-in clinic, and many restaurants including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabbas. Formosa Gardens is less than a three mile drive to Disney World! This home has been professionally custom designed throughout with over 4000 sq. ft. of space.
The house has hi speed wi-fi free of charge. We provide one stroller for guest's use.
PLEASE NOTE:
Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $188 plus tax, 4 days + $60/per day plus tax.
This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

House was clean and as advertised beds were comfortable. There were no home instructions for check out and the WIFi password didn’t work. When we reached out for the correct password we received no reply.This was a cold week, and we definitely needed the heat, the house doesn’t seem to be set up for this however. The upstairs rooms were cold and downstairs were overheated.

Host was quick to answer when needed. Property was perfect for what we required. Kitchen was well stock with about anything you could think of when preparing a meal except for the actual food. Huge plus was the double clothes dryers. Driveway was able to accommodate several vehicles. I would stay here again.

Our family had a great stay and felt this was one of the best ones so far from many we have done in this area. The house was fantastic and had space for everyone to be private or enough room to be together. The pool was a nice break between parks and the kids loved it. It was great to be able to spend my 70th with some of my kids and grandkids. Kelly quickly responded and addressed any need we had.
