Vicinissima al mare comoda e confort

The location was good. around 20min walk from the bus station and a larger supermarket. The beach was a block away. The apartment is in a quite neighborhood off of the main street. The apartment is on the ground floor and is built that the heat does not get it. It is quite spacious. All the rooms are quite large. In general the apartment was very clean. There were plenty of towels and even shower gel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Communication with the owner / renter was efficient, fast and friendly.

The coffee maschine did not work and the kitchen needed a VERY good cleaning. Even though there was a sign saying, pls wash up after you used the kitchen, the utensils were quite dirty ( caked in sand/dirt as if one played with it on the beach), the cups were not clean as well. The pots and pans were at random and no lid fit properly. The cupboard was sticky and caked it something. The fridgerator was large as well as the freezer, but there were left over items and something exploded in there and was not cleaned out. I made the owner / renter aware. He said, he ll talk to his cleaning crew.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to dinning and the water. I’m glad I got the opportunity to stay though. I’m really grateful for the service provided for transportation, since the trains were all canceled and the taxi services were booked out for hours at the FCO airport.

The mattress was uncomfortable for my liking, it was hard to sleep. The AC did work well, it stayed cool during the heat wave of 40 degrees Celsius. I’m grateful for the stay!
