This was a last minute booking because we did not like where we originally booked. The owner responded quickly and had the house cleaned and ready to go. The pool was beautiful and just what my kids needed. The house was also beautiful, clean and comfortable. The coffee bar was a nice surprise too. Conveniently close to Cocoa Beach. Thank you so much for saving our trip!

We had a fantastic stay. Our kids loved the space. The hosts provide lots of pool toys, life jackets, beach towels, some light snacks, coffee pods for keurig, a few water bottles, variety of seasonings, and laundry detergent. The host is very responsive. The house was clean but showed some wear and tear in the pool liner and master bathroom. If you want the pool heated you have to pay extra. We really appreciated the accommodations for the kids, my kids loved the toys and pool. There is a fun park with a playground near by that had a good beach for picking up sea shells and clean restrooms. Kelly Park East.I would recommend this house to friends and family for sure.

Everything was perfect! Amazing, thoughtful amenities. House was clean. Pool was a great temp to swim in everyday even on some chillier January Florida days. Host was attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
