Situated in a wooded quiet area this welcoming 3 bdrm home is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy family time away. Downtown Pensacola is a short 20 minute Drive. Enjoy exciting local restaurants and shops on Palafox Street
We are excited about our newly built 3 bdrm home. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for family breakfast and dinners. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a double oven. Enjoy watching a movie on the 70” tv or game night in the comfy living room. The master bedroom is a great place to relax at the end of the day, with an en suite and garden tub. King size bed and 65” tv. The queen bedroom has a 55” tv to enjoy and the twin bedroom has a 42” the kids will love. All are equipped with WiFi and Roku.
Guests may park in the garage and driveway.

Garbage cans are provided for your use. Garbage pick up is on Friday morning. Please place garbage cans at edge of driveway on Thursday evening.Check out is at 10 AM. To ensure a smooth transition for our next guest and our cleaning crew please place all used linens in the laundry area. Load the dishwasher and start a normal cycle. Please remove all trash from the home and place in the garbage cans provided.Check for personal items. Lock doors.

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Check in was easy and so was the check out process. I was apprehensive about the secondary rental agreement and the fact they do not refund for any reason but it all worked out

Very clean property. Everything was as expected. Location worked well for us as we were visiting family in the area. A bit off the beaten path but very quiet and safe area. Primary bed was a bit firm for our liking but other than that, absolutely no complaints. Great communication with management and very clean. Would stay again.

Absolutely satisfied with the property. My children loved the house. Very clean & accomodating. The location was a little out if the way & somewhat secluded but we enjoyed the peace. The home honestly exceeded my expectations
