This newly-renovated house is perfectly secluded with a large fenced-in front yard, front patio with heaters and a great view of Beech Mountain. Large rear patio with a grill. Induction stovetop in brand new kitchen. All the bedrooms have blackout shades for a perfect sleeping environment.

This home is perfectly located between Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk - just a five-minute drive to either place yet when at the house it's quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. Everything you need is provided by the host who is responsive and accommodating. One of the best VRBOs I've rented.

This house checks all the boxes! Super clean, excellent location - just a few minutes from downtown Banner Elk and Sugar Mountain - yet it's very private and quiet. Fenced in yard is a huge plus if you have pups like we do. Kitchen has everything you could ever possibly need. Beds and sheets are very comfortable. Host is very responsive to any and all questions. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second stay and the property only gets better. The kitchen is very well supplied, the home is immaculate and the grounds are well maintained. The location could not be better. It is 5 minutes from fabulous restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The owner, Stephanie, is very responsive and so accommodating to her guests.
You cannot go wrong with this property!!
