Nice house, cozy, everything there what you need, bathrooms could be remodeled

Spiderwebs in the bathrooms. One spider actually lived between the towels. Very less plates for 5 people Bathrooms could be improved

Ok if all you care about is location.

Great location, overall good space for a small family.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. Just ONE example; we were asked to take the garbage to the dumpster however there was none in our area. When I asked the staff where the dumpster was, their response was “did you look outside.” Blood on one blanket. Smelt like they have never been washed. Bathroom light in the hallway would not stay on.

Nice Location but...

The Golden Bend condos are in a good location The HO club house seemed decent, but unfortunately was closed for the week during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with and the family room on the second floor was nice.

There was a lot of dust especially around the bed, light fixtures, patio, etc. The bedrooms are on the first floor so it is especially cold in the evenings. Even with the central heater on it decreases to a lower temp automatically at night because it's on a Nest schedule. Room heaters marginally help but its fan noise is loud and doesn't have an ability to throttle the fan speed. All the bathrooms are on the first floor and are on the smaller side. One of them is underneath the staircase so that one was especially tight.
