Namestitev je bila zelo prijetno in skrbno urejena. Posebno nas je navdušila kuhinja dobro opremljena z pripomočki kot so mali gospodinjski aparati, kozarci, krožniki in priborom. Edino smo pogrešali zajemalko, lupilec in kakšno manjšo pododo za kuhanje. Dostop do enote je tudi z dvigalom (2 nadstroje). Enoti je tudi pripadalo pokrito parkirišče za avtomobil kar je dobrodošlo v poletni vročini.
Sicer pripomba zame ni relevantna ker težko gledam Toma Cruisa sinhroniziranega v nemščino, vendar od cca 300 TV programov je deloval samo eden in še to samo na enem televizorju (v nastanitvi so trije televizorji).
