This place was perfect! Location was great. Private beach. Exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay even though we were mostly out and about every day, it was nice and quiet at night. We had coffee on the beach & balcony and listened to the waves. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place on the ocean.

The unit was very clean and provided ample space for our family of 4 to spread out. The beds were comfy enough and the kitchen and baths had enough supplies for us to use. Parking at the facility was never an issue for us. We also felt very safe walking and running in the area.
The beach was nothing special and we did not swim in it due to the amount of seaweed, but we often saw others doing so. It was nice to dip your toes into though. The facility had 6 Adirondack chairs by the water, and we enjoyed those for coffee each morning and for takeout dinner on 2 occasions.
There is no pool at this facility which was bit of a bummer. Earlier photos and comments suggest there might be, but those should be ignored. The pool near the older building was never open and the hot tub closer to the beach has been filled in.
WiFi was a huge fail. None of the passwords provided by Vacasa worked and cell coverage was very poor, sometimes non-existent indoors. This made for a very disconnected week, which frustrated our kids. Recommendation: bring your own WiFi hot spot and connect it via ethernet to the Xfinity router, or enjoy being off the grid for a week.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Aside from the WiFi, I don't have anything negative to say. We would probably stay somewhere else in the future simply for some variety, but we would also be happy staying here again too.

Construction was happening directly over our head until midnight on a Monday night which was unacceptable since guests had a strict 9 pm no noise rule. I messaged the owner but never received a response. Also the advertised pool was not open.
