Spoil your family with this completely remodeled, modern home perched on the hillside above the Sinclair Inlet and Navy Shipyard with incredible, one of a kind views, hot tub and a luxury bathroom spa! Central location for exploring in any direction - Less than 10 min away from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Military Bases, Silverdale, and Port Orchard. 30 Min to all Gig Harbor and Tacoma have to offer, and 30 min to the abundance of outdoor activities the Hood Canal area offers!
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath remodeled home will be sure to accommodate your whole family while you enjoy spectacular views of the water and impressive Military Ships from the comfort of inside the home, or while relaxing in the hot tub! The welcoming front deck is where you will want to spend all your time - BBQ`ing while looking over the water, patio seating to enjoy your meals, comfy seating by the propane firepit, and a flat grassy area for yard games! Then end the day by melting any stresses away in the new 8-person hot tub!
Once entering the home, you will walk into an elegantly designed open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen! Comfy sectional couch to enjoy the living room smart TV and family games, a fully remodeled and stocked kitchen surrounded by windows to continue enjoying the water views, and dining table seating 10. The Primary bedroom suite is on the main level featuring a King bed, outdoor patio area, and luxury bathroom with jetted soaking tub and a smart shower with sauna! The spa features of this bathroom will be exactly what you need after exploring the Pacific Northwest all day!
There is one more bedroom on the main floor holding a bunk bed with Full size bed on bottom and twin on top. A full bathroom and laundry room are also part of the main level.
Upstairs holds two large bedrooms connected by a gorgeous bathroom with shower and double sinks. Bedroom 1 upstairs holds a King bed and fold-out twin bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs holds a Queen bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins). Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds and linens, plenty of blankets and pillows, and all the extras to help you feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel.
The lower floor basement is an unfinished space (not intended for any sleeping accommodations) equipped with a small foosball and air hockey table for the kids!

Access to home is provided with a personalized code. Instructions will be provided 3 days prior to check-in.

House is a 1 hour drive from Seatac Airport.
House is a 10 minute drive to the Seattle Ferry System. Passenger ferry crossing time is 25 minutes. Vehicle/Passenger Ferry crossing time is 55 minutes. Ferry takes riders directly into downtown Seattle. You can also drive around to downtown Seattle in just over an hour.

The house was immaculately clean and inviting. It was the perfect size for the 8 adults and one child in our group. We enjoyed the grill and the hot tub and, of course, the magnificent view of Mt. Ranier!

This home is everything it says in the description. We felt grateful for the views of our son’s ship and surrounding areas. My favorite was the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom! This house will not disappoint. Great communication with our host.

I booked this home for a reunion with some close friends and we had a remarkably good time. My wife and I flew from Florida to meet with the other guests who were local to the PNW, so it was incredibly important we find a house that suited our needs, accommodated 8 people, and was the right amount of accessible for local adventures and cozy enough for long days indoors. Melissa's home met all of our expectations - and much more - and I am thrilled to leave such glowing review. The home was spotless, clean as a whistle, and beautifully arranged, we immediately felt at home with all the finer touches she established within this lovely Bremerton abode.
The hot tub and fire table were two highlights we specifically wanted to have, and seeing this home had both was aanor selling point. We made good use of the propane grill, the incredible steam shower in the primary bedroom, and the extremely well equipped kitchen. I was able to comfortably prepare several night's worth of large volume meals without any struggle or inconvenience.
All-in-all, this will go down as one of the best experiences in a vacation rental any of us have had to date, and we're already looking at ways to return down the line.

Just finished a four day stay at this property (8 older guys on a golf trip). House met our needs and exceeded our expectations. House was perfectly suited for a group our size, was clean and well stocked and organized and the hot tub was a great bonus for some after golf relaxation. Thanks for the great stay.
