About this house rental
Welcome to Ocean Breeze Getaway with Pool, Game Room and Decks in North Myrtle Beach! Enjoy ocean breezes and stunning sunsets from this spacious home, perfect for large groups or families. Relax on 3 wide decks, unwind in the family-style living room, or let the kids enjoy the exclusive game room. Don't forget about the pool! Plus, you're just a quick 5-7 minute drive to the fun restaurants and shops at Main St. and Barefoot Landing. The perfect beach retreat awaits!
What you'll Experience
* Spacious Living Room and Game Room with Pool table, Foosball, and Air Hockey table

Living Room
As you walk up the first set of stairs you'll enter the Home and find a large Living Room with Smart TV and Balcony access overlooking the Ocean. With plenty of seating for the entire group, you'll also find a long bar with a Coffee Station and sink.
The Gameroom is decked out in a large area on the top floor which includes a Pool table, Air Hockey, and Foosball with a TV.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is the first thing you see when you enter and it will be stocked with all the necessities: silverware, cookware, plates, bowls, cooking tools, Toaster, and great appliances.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the first floor of the interior you'll have the first bedroom with a Double bed, Twin bed, and private bathroom. You'll also find the living room and half-bathroom on the same floor. Going up a level you'll have two rooms on the Oceanfront side, both with kings beds and private bathrooms. Those two bathrooms have both a Shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the other side of that floor will be a Bedroom with Queen bed and Twin bed, a Bedroom with two Twins, and a Bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom. On the Top floor you'll find the largest Bedroom which includes a King bed and two Double beds, and its own Bathroom with Shower and Jacuzzi tub. There will also be a half-bathroom in the Gameroom.
Area
You'll be located along Crescent Beach and about 12 blocks from Main Street, where you'll find some great activities, shops, and restaurants. Mini-golf is nearby as are some great water activities such as Jet Skis and Banana Boats.
Parking
Parking is located in the two pathways under the Home and is enough space for 6-7 vehicles.
A personal car or rental is recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

Overall we had a great time. It's easy access to the beach and there was plenty of room for 4 families. The only big issue was that some of the windows leaked really badly during the heavy rain we had over the week. We let them know and they are working on fixing the leaks. They brought us extra towels to clean up the water. I'd rent from them again.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick walk to the beach. The bedrooms worked out great for our group. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recomment that the numbers of the building be on the unit on both sides. The unit beside us or connected to us must of been smoking weed the whole weekend because we smelled it the whole weekend. Place was great - parking was wonderful too.
