About this house rental

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*
The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.
Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

There are two homes separated by a driveway and road the guest house was recently renovated but not completed enough for guest to be comfortable. There is no lighting between the houses so at night it was dangerous walking from one property to the other. The main house had so many problems we had maintained at the house everyday. Doors completely fell off the frame, chandeliers falling off ceiling, dishwasher had to be replaced during our stay, master tub had no stopper and could not be used for several days, the dryers took 8 hours to dry towels, refrigerator ice maker was disabled. Also if you are a tennis player as our family was this tennis court does not have a clean surface and does not have a proper working net. Over all very disappointing property and I have rented many homes in the past so I know what a value property looks like. Live and learn but there is no Quality to this rental. Greg
