Great getaway cabin in the middle of beautiful Amish country

The cabin was exceptionally clean and the jacuzzi tub was amazing! We really enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. The view was beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Couple's RetreatParadise Peak was exactly what we needed! This was our first couples-only getaway since welcoming our youngest daughter almost nine months ago, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We spent our first evening enjoying dinner at The Boathouse Tavern before returning to soak in the jacuzzi and unwind. Pam did a very tedious and wonderful job with her local book to showcase all the area had to offer! We found The Boathouse Tavern menu in her book, and it was very delicious and the waitress was wonderful. The location was ideal for exploring the area—we visited local shops, toured David Warther's amazing ship carvings, (met him in person!), we even managed to spontaneously purchase a beautiful full dining room table set that somehow fit into the back of our Durango! One of the highlights of our trip was the Sunset Dinner Tour at The Wilds. We saw so many beautiful animals and enjoyed breathtaking scenery. After getting caught in a chilly storm during the tour, coming back to the warm, inviting cabin and snuggling up on the couch was the perfect ending to the day.Pam was a wonderful host, and every detail of the cabin made us feel welcome. If you're looking for a peaceful place to reconnect, relax, and enjoy all that Amish Country has to offer, Paradise Peak is a fantastic choice. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already talking about coming back.Highly recommend!
