About this apartment rental
1 living room with dining area, a small kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building. We have an open bicycle shelter available for you.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.
General Amenities
Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.
Vacation Apartment 8 is located on the top floor and features a balcony facing southeast. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building.
Included in the rental price:
- Parking space
- Utilities (water/electricity)
- Final cleaning
The rates for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.
Complex:
Thanks to the central location of the Kähler 1 building, the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity of the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free throughout the building. All apartments in the building have a parking space designated with the apartment number; there is also a carport in the courtyard for storing bicycles (e-bike charging is available). Like all of our vacation apartments, the apartments in Kähler I are non-smoking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of Building 1 (for a fee). An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee. Apartments 9 through 12 in House Kähler 2 are located at Friedrichstr. 3. House II is on the same property as House 1; however, the two different addresses result from the location of the entrances.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut! Sehr zentral und für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend.
Wir waren mit den eigenen Fahrrädern da und das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben viel gesehen, denn mit dem Fahrrad kommt man viel weiter rum als zu Fuß und mit dem Auto finden wir es uninteressant. Deshalb ist es auch toll, dass man die eigenen Fahrräder einigermaßen sicher und geschützt im Innnenhof abstellen kann.
Ansonsten ist Büsum toll, relativ klein und gemütlich; nicht extravagant, so dass sich dort eigentlich jeder normale wohlfühlen müsste. Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal da und werden mit Sicherheit noch öfter wieder kommen. Da wir es nicht so weit haben, ist es ideal für einen Kurztrip.
