About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment 3.1 (91 m²) is located on the 3rd floor and is a bright, modern 3-room apartment with a southwest-facing balcony. The kitchenette and dining area are integrated directly into the living area.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and the apartment has a separate guest restroom.
The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. 2 bedrooms.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV each. We have a storage room available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (laundry room) (for a fee).
The apartment is approved for a maximum of 4 people; no extra beds are allowed.
Single garage with an electrical outlet.
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.

The building features free Wi-Fi and an elevator. Two of the vacation apartments allow one pet upon request. All apartments include a parking space; a washer and dryer are available in the basement, and there is also a storage room for items such as bicycles at the rear of the building. Some apartments have a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. There is a small playground right next to the building, and a large adventure playground is just a few minutes’ walk away. An extra bed is available in some apartments upon request for a fee.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage. Wir waren schon öfter in dieser FW und kommen auch bald wieder. Stets sehr gut gereinigt - da gab es noch nichts zu beanstanden.
Die Mitarbeiter der Fa. Kähler sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein kleiner technischer Mangel wurde umgehend beseitigt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, mit tollem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr wohl und kommen deswegen auch immer wieder gerne zurück.

TOP-FeWo Bestens Superior 5 Sterne ausgestattet - es blieben keine Wünsche offen, das Angebot im Internet entspricht den Gegebenheiten 1:1 - sehr guter vorbildlicher Service von Kähler Vermietung (telefonisch und per Email vor Anreise darauf hingewiesen, dass der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse nicht mehr wegen Sturmschaden existiert) - am Anreisetag Email von Kähler erhalten, dass die FeWo bereits ab 14 Uhr bezugsfertig ist - Vorausbuchung für diese FeWo in 2023 entsprechend Wunschtermin komplikationslos
