About the apartment:
Apartment 1.1 is located on the first floor and features a terrace. The living room has a cozy sofa set. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. One bedroom has a TV. The bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, a toilet, and a sauna. The apartment also has a guest restroom and a storage closet. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. The south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and the bedrooms. The apartment has an intercom system with a camera. In the basement, you’ll find a washer and dryer (for a fee), a storage room for bicycles, and a shared fitness room. There is an elevator in the building. Outside the building, you’ll find another lockable bicycle storage room and a small playground for our younger guests.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
1 pet (please keep it under supervision at all times inside the apartment) upon request.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.

The rates for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

Some of the beautiful and individually furnished apartments feature their own sauna or a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. An ideal oasis of well-being for our guests. The Büsumer Reethus offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi, an elevator, parking spaces assigned to the apartments in front of the building, a washer and dryer in the basement, a small children’s playground next to the building, a fitness room, and a storage room.
Pets are welcome in some apartments upon request. Extra beds are available in some apartments for a fee.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in unserem Apartment 1.1 im Reethus verbracht.
Angefangen von der absolut unkomplizierten Buchung über die getroffenen Vorbereitungen des Service-Teams die eine sehr schnelle Schlüsselübergabe möglich machte bis zur Schlüsselrückgabe, alles bestens organisiert.
Die Wohnung ist mit sehr hochwertigem Mobiliar, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts, vom reichhaltigen Geschirr/Besteck über Kaffemaschienen, selbst Waffeleisen, Mixer, alles vorhanden womit man sonst in Apartments nicht rechnet.
Selbst in der Zeit wo Energiesparen angesagt ist hatten wir es gemütlich warm mit Fußdodenheizung und sogar einer Lüftungsanlage.
Die Wohnung ist absolut top ausgestattet, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
