Thank you Tea 🙏♥️✨ It was so clean apartment near the sea with huge balcony affordable place to stay and in the center of Kobuleti🥰♥️ New boulvard is amazing and sunny and warm cozy flat to stay even in winter vacation was an amazing idea🙏 Thank you will come back again soon🌊💖✨ Hosts met us in the train station and also drop us to the railway station back again amazing and helpful🙏🌅

We stayed at Apartament Tea in October 2025 and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped — good kitchen, fresh towels, comfortable bed. The location is perfect: just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, with shops and everything needed close by. The hosts are kind and responsive, always ready to help. Great value for money — we would definitely choose this place again!

Close to sea. Communication was ok.
Apartment is too cold for winter time. Was not very clean. Pillows was bad.
