Gors Y Gader

Great views from the cottage. Lovely and warm. lots of different spaces to sit. Very beautiful area to visit. Good walking from the cottage so no need to drive. Close to Dolgellau for food shopping and cafes.

Mattress on the double bed in the end room was not so comfortable for me but was ok for my husband. Could have done with a larger roasting dish otherwise was very comfortable and well equipped.

The location was beautiful and the bungalow could be amazing. It was lovely to be consuming spring fed water. No noise or light pollution. The water got hot and was ample supplied.

Furnishings were very dated and furniture old with its own aged smell and dust! It was ok but NOT the beds. Everyone had trouble sleeping and woke up with back ache. It was like sleeping on the floor. The TV was pre digital. So analog TV connected to good WIFI meant channels that cliched. The intense smell coming from the hoover just means it needs a darn good clean and empty, not a job I was prepared to do on holiday! With a bit more TLC and New mattresses it would have been a very different review.
