This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.
Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.

Amazing house
Amazing view! Won't get a better one anywhere on the lake.
Things to note- house is amazing. Construction going on. Traffic on this side of the lake. Couch in living room is by far the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. You might as well sit on the floor.
Pool is very small. Deck has no coverage. The house deserves 5 stars but note these items. I believe the view makes up for these things. . Amazing property managers.

Outside deck needs an umbrella. Can’t use the space from 11am till 4pm because of the direct sun makes it very hot. Couch needs to be replaced. Had a serious ant problem. House needs to be treated for ants. Pool motet failed and pool/spa couldn’t be used for several days. Dish washer failed and ran water over floor. Unit had to be replaced. Service group responded very well.

Loved, loved the home. Super clean, beautiful views, had everything we needed, stellar customer service. Traffic around this area was an absolute nightmare though - all times of the day. I guess everyone wants to live in Mooresville - who could blame them though it's a fabulous place. Wish the home was on the west side of Lake Norman. Would for sure rent from Stay Lake Norman again though. The people are all class.

So much fun - perfect location, clean property, functional and beautiful space, great property management team - 5 star all around. The Carolina Gourmet catering/private chef on the recommendation list is just down the road and is a MUST TRY!
