very clean , boat parking close to 3 boat ramps at Spring and Cow creek ,Lake Oahe , gas and bait shop across street, .05 miles from hwy 1804, WIFI, Washer and Dryer large concrete patio, with gas grille , Very private, boat plug in, off street parking, 2 Excellent resturants close by, large enclosed brezeway for storing boat tarps ,wet clothes ect., bedroom #3 is an addition with seperate heating and cooling , has 3 beds or for the snoring people in your group
