Sugarloaf Lodge is located south of Lead off Hwy 85S, and includes a two-car garage, a hot tub, and central AC. This custom lodge is 4,500 square feet, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms on three levels, plus an open loft which is furnished with a queen bed and desk. The primary bedroom has a king bed as well as a second king suite on the lower level. The third has a king bed and bedroom four has a queen bed.
Beyond the second suite in the lower level is the game area with a pool table, poker table, and a TV, a great place for all ages to hang out and have some fun. After a day of enjoying the Black Hills, come back to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or tell stories around the wood-burning firepit. If you want a place with plenty of yard space to play, Sugarloaf will not disappoint!
During the winter months, there is no need to trailer your snowmobiles, because you can park right in the backyard and take off from there. It's a lodge to enjoy the serenity of winter while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa after building that perfect snowman. This lodge is set to create many family memories, with toys included for younger ages.

This home is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! Spacious is an understatement! We were very comfortable with 4 adults and 6 kids (ranging from 17-8). Everyone had their own space! Loved that the table sat 10, so we could eat together! Only downfall is that the refrigerators didn’t work right. Down stairs didn’t keep the drinks cold (did work after first day)… the upstairs fridge didn’t work - ice machine is broke and the refrigerator froze our food (fruits veggies, milk products, and salads) which ended up being quite a expense for us to replace food… but all in all I would recommend this home!

To much of a house for a short weekend. I feel a lot of extra charges under Vacasa that one does not need with a VRBO. I will watch with booking next time. Our family loves the Black Hills and enjoy trying new places to stay.

We have stayed here previously and had loved the house. Amenities are great and location for us is perfect. However, the cleanliness of the house was subpar compared to last time. Trash was left in various trashcans, a load of laundry in the dryer and more. Definitely not as clean as our previous stay. WiFi was also spotty which is a drawback for a business trip.
