Close to downtown but in a quiet residential neighborhood just up the hill two blocks from the beautiful Utah State Capitol. Close to mountain hiking/walking trails.
You, as the guest, will be able to access all areas of the inside of two homes, the side barbecue patio shared by both homes, and two driveways. Please ask for instructions to park in the 2nd driveway on the back/East side accessible by the back alleyway. There is an easement affecting parking there.

Great location, great house, tons of room, plenty of extra towels, a loaded kitchen with everything you need, and on a quiet dead end street with plenty of parking and only minutes from the airport. We had 25 people and it was perfect for us. We will definitely be back! An easy 5 stars!

We stayed here for our son’s wedding… a great space for three generations of family to stay in.

The property was not as described on the vrbo site. The place was very under whelming. Sheets were stained. Towels were old and stained. Pots and pans were very old. The weeds around the house were over grown. The air conditioner on the top unit died. It was 90 degrees in the house. They fixed it right away but communication was not good.
