About this house rental
This beautiful Seagrove home is coastal chic and beautifully updated - putting you less than 2 minutes to the beach and you'll enjoy glimpses of the Gulf and Eastern Lake. The community pool is just a few steps out your front door. This home is spread over 4 stories with room for 20 guests. Perfect for multiple/multi-generational families on a 30A vacation. As an added bonus, your rental includes 4 bikes, a fantastic amenity that allows you to explore the scenic surroundings at your own pace, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your coastal getaway.
On the first floor, there is a king bedroom, complete with a TV and private bathroom, offering a serene escape just steps from the main home. Accessible via covered stairs outside, this private sanctuary ensures tranquility. Step into the garage-turned-game room, equipped with a TV, foosball, ping pong, and a spacious table for eight. Stay cool with three extra-large fans and the convenience of the garage door for optimal airflow. Outside, the charming patio offers glimpses of the Gulf and direct access to your own private walkway to the beach, promising endless seaside adventures.
On the second floor, you'll find 1 of 2 living areas in the home plus 3 bedrooms (and 2 twin rollaway beds). There's a large sectional with plenty of seating. Enjoy balcony access if you want to get some fresh air. From here you'll realize just how close to the beach you are!
On the 3rd floor, there is a main living area of the home plus kitchen/dining with glimpses of the Gulf. There's seating for 12 at the table; 4 at the bar. The extras in this kitchen include a Crock-Pot, air fryer and blender. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room. The grill is outside on the balcony + a table for 6 and a lounge area perfect for sunrises and sunsets.
On the 4th floor is for the kids! Here, you'll find room for 8 plus there's a cute reading nook and TV.
This home features a blue light system in the HVAC system - effectively sterilizing nearly 100% of germs, viruses, mold, bacteria & other harmful microorganisms as they pass through the system. We know you'll have a comfortable stay at A Lovely Day.

Upon arriving at the property we noticed a leak that was causing quite a bit of flooding on the third floor and into the second floor. We contacted management and the issue was resolved quickly. The cleanliness of the property was not perfect-the smell inside the house was stale and there were quite a few cobwebs, indicating the house possibly was not rented the week before so the cleaning crew took some shortcuts. There are a bunch of steps that are not visible in the pictures. It is a four story home so steps are expected, but there are a bunch-not ideal for older family members or disabled family members.Those were the only negative things I have to say about the property. This property has an amazing layout, very close to the beach, and gorgeous views. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants. We ordered groceries ahead and did Wal-Mart pick up and also did a Wal-Mart delivery. The pool is nice and close-it is also clean and was not super crowded the times we went. The best part about the location of this house is the closeness to the beach. We have a family of 20-ranging from 75 years old to 7 years old. The location to the beach was perfect. Go early and set up your chairs and tent then head back whenever. We were close enough that we walked back to the house for lunch then headed back to the beach. We ate dinner at Old Florida Fish House-make reservations, but it is a super neat place. I also recommend having Buddy’s steam some seafood for you to pick up.

The house was perfect to accommodate our entire family of 17. Me and my husband slept on the bottom level which we loved, it was like we had our own place. The bunk room was great for all the kiddos. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and not too crowded. The garage game room was great for the teenagers to play games in. It was very easy to communicate with the host through text messaging. We would love to stay there again in the future!

A Lovely Day was a perfect house for our friend group of 16 people- kids & adults! We had 4 separate families and the house was spacious for all of us! The location was perfect- 10 minutes one direction to Rosemary & Alys beach, and 10 minutes the other direction to Seaside. Eastern Lake beach access was amazing at the end of the street. We had 8 kids total and the shallow lake water provided HOURS of entertainment. The beach was so amazing we didn’t even use the community pool. Even though not advertised, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and tons of sand toys in the garage. There was also a second fridge in the garage which would have been nice to know about in advance when planning meals for our large group. There is also an ice maker in the kitchen which was amazing, but also not listed. The house has an elevator, but not available for guests use, which is a bummer. There are a lot of stairs in the home so the elevator would be super helpful for older guests. There is also a golf cart that sits in the garage, but is not available for guests use...also a bummer. Beachy Bean Coffee is about a 12 minute walk from the house. Highly recommend George’s in Alys beach for dinner! Overall we loved our stay and hope to be back!!
